This would be an opening paragraph or two with important keywords for search engines to pick up. Some of the words would be bold. The main keyword would be the first AND the last word here.

I have tried to pick up on the Indian colors and feel while also conveying the rural or country feeing too. Pictures at top and be switched out. These are just to show you one example.

You could include a page for advertisements from local businesses. If town/local businesses want to be listed, we can charge them. You get a percent and I get a percentage. I can also set you up to get some revenue from Google by displaying ads. Take a look at other websites and see what they have - such as Greenville, SC.

The links at the top are just for space holders now. They will be whatever you wish.
