These are often referred to as post cards or rack cards. If we design these for you, we will offer a printing service also. We generally do not print for the general public, only for our website clients.

MAILING INFORMATION So you have decided to do a mailing. Whether you're a beginner or an expert there are many twists and turns concerning mail pieces. Far too often customers learn by making mistakes, unfortunately some mistakes can be costly. All of the mailing information on this page is provided as courtesy for our clients. It is deemed reliable but not guaranteed. It is the responsibility of each customer to verify postal regulations with the United States Post Office and/or mailing specifications with their mail house. Guidelines are for US postal mail only. Again, YOU are responsible for checking with your postal service for size and mailing specifications!

	3.5 x 5 postcard This is the smallest size that can be mailed.
	3.5 x 8.5 - Rack Card or Card Stock Mailer This product can be used as a traditional rack card or a mailer when designed correctly. The additional length and width of this card will make it a standout as a mailer among the cards in your customer's mailbox. This size may be mailed flat as 1st or standard class at letter rates.
	4.25x5.5 - Postcard This is a great size postcard that can be mailed at postcard rates.
	4x6 - Postcard This is great size postcard size that can be mailed at postcard rates.
	4.25x6 - Postcard This is the largest size that can be mailed at postcard rates.
	4x9 - Rack Card or Card Stock Mailer This product can be used as a traditional rack card or a mailer when designed correctly. The additional length and width of this card will make it a standout as a mailer among the cards in your customer's mailbox. This size may be mailed flat as 1st or standard class at letter rates.
	5.5x8.5 - Card Stock Mailer This is a commonly used size for a mailer. It may be mailed flat as 1st or standard class at letter rates.
	5.75x11 - Card Stock Mailer The dimensions of this mailer are perfect for a strong horizontal or vertical design. Longer than most other envelopes, this card has an "edge"on the rest of the mail. This size may be mailed flat as 1st or standard class at letter rates.
	5x7 - Card Stock Mailer This size may be mailed flat as 1st or standard class at letter rates, or it can be used for any non-mailing purpose
	5x8 - Card Stock Mailer This size may be mailed flat as 1st or standard class at letter rates, or it can be used for any non-mailing purpose
	6x9 - Card Stock Mailer This attention-getting size may be mailed flat as 1st or standard class at letter rates, or it can be used for any non-mailing purpose.
	6.125x11.5 - Card Stock Mailer This is the largest size may be mailed flat as 1st or standard class at letter rates. 10x13 - Card Stock Mailer If you elect to use this size as a mail piece it will need to mail at flat rates.
	11x17 - Card Stock Mailer Flat or folded, this card can carry a huge design or lot of information for your business. Depending upon the fold, this card may mail at flat rates.
	8.5x11 - Card Stock Mailer A standard ""letter"" sized sheet, this card can be ordered flat or scored in the center to fold to 5.5 x 8.5 (We will deliver the cards to you flat). At 5.5 x 8.5 this card may be mailed as 1st or standard class at letter rates.
	8.5x14 - Card Stock Mailer This card is equivalent to a standard legal-sized sheet and may be ordered scored in the center to fold to 8.5 x 7 (We will deliver the cards to you flat). Depending upon the fold, this card may mail at flat rates.
	8x10 - Card Stock Mailer This design is the most proportional of the large postcards, perfect for creating impact with a large photo or largely square design. This card can be ordered flat or scored in the center to fold to 5 x 8 (We will deliver the cards to you flat). At 5 x 8 this card may be mailed as 1st or standard class at letter rates. If mailed flat it will require flat rates.
	9x12 - Card Stock Mailer This card can be mailed as 1st or standard class at letter rates when folded to 6 x 9.
	12x18 - Card Stock Mailer Flat or folded, this card can carry a huge design or lot of information for your business. Depending upon the fold, this card may mail at flat rates
